Today is a very sad day. I learned that there is absolutely no magic in delivering inter-office mail.For those of you who are not familiar with this phenomenon, most offices have the ability to mail documents between them. All you do is drop your document in one of these handy folders (see image to left) and it is magically delivered to the other office in a few days.
Do you know how this is done? Magic? No. I saw our office manager stuff my folder in to a Fed-Ex Over Night Folder... That's it. Inter-Office mail is just glorified Fed-Ex.
Tonight I will lament.
